I'm a fireman and I needed a bracket to hold hose packs in a compartment on the truck. The compartment had a mounting ate so taking that out and installing the brackets was easy. We, of course, used other hardware than provided, but using that hardware in a wall would surely be sufficient. These brackets are very sturdy and hold about 60ish pounds per bracket with ease. Would definitely recommend these for anything needed to be hung on or to hold a shelf.
