I like how easy it is to use this software as compared with other billing systems we have used previously (as well as our previous practice management program). It has been very beneficial for my organization since most physicians are accustomed using Microsoft Word or Excel programs within their practices so having that option available makes things easier than if they were trying to learn another piece of medical office equipment! The ability to create notes from templates when entering information into specific fields helps us keep everything organized properly without creating extra work ourselves by hand transcribing each note after entry is complete.
