The lock sticks too easily
This 4 letter combination lock is a great idea. It's pretty easy to set up and use. However, after 5 months of alternate daily use in high school, the lock stuck and wouldn't budge. There seems to be a design flaw inside the lock that makes it easy to jam after opening. I used pliers to pry it out of its clamped position after spraying silicon grease into the lock. This particular incident doesn't give me full confidence in the castle. And the warranty period of 2-4 weeks from the master is completely unacceptable.
