The first thing you will notice is that this is not a weak product. Stainless steel, good grip, blades are sharper than you think. They'll tear up your pork shoulder (or jackfruit if you're one of them) to create the pulled pork you want. Just go to the photos to see what I'm talking about. Very easy to care for - the grease is immediately washed off with warm water and a little soap. I highly recommend checking this (as opposed to using two forks to get the job done). A 10-pound pork shoulder was destroyed in less than a few minutes. Really handy tool!
