Review on 🔧 Sommerfeld's Quick Assembly Jig by Bradley Wacks

I bought a Sommerfelds Connector Making Kit and their Easy Set Up Jig and I can't get them to work properly. I tried using their Reverse Glue Cutter with an Easy Set Up Jig. I cut the wood to exactly 3/4" thick and set the template to match the thickness of my wood. If everything works perfectly when put together, the wood surfaces should match perfectly. As you can see in the attached photos, on the first photo. When I show the jig and router bit on my router table, I have the Easy Set set at 3/4" and it fits the back router bit snugly, but in the second photo when cutting the wood you can get about 1/ 16 see "The Deviation. - Install between wooden surfaces. The surfaces must match perfectly. Sommerfelds has a stencil DVD that shows how to use the stencil and I followed the instructions but was not able to get the results I wanted. If anyone sees my mistake I will change mine rating of this fixture.
