Works great! good for me
I’ve never used a cooling towel before but wanted to try one. I use it during workouts and it really helps keep me cool. It does stay wet so I won’t use it except under circumstances where having a damp shirt is okay. I am heat sensitive due to a medical condition so this really helps me get through my workout.
