Review on 💧 Hydrolevel 3250 Plus Hydrostat Aquastat: Superior Water Level Control Technology by Cornelius Mosley

I bought this to replace the stock regulator on our oil burner as I needed something that would adjust the set temperature based on the outside temperature. I got tired of overheating the house and burning excess fuel when the firebox was set higher on warm days, but then woke up in the morning on colder days because I had lowered the temperature earlier. This will now automatically adjust the water temperature based on how often the thermostat is called without having to pay extra for an outside temperature sensor and install it outside or drill a wiring hole. We switched from indirect water heating from a stove to an electric stove a year ago, so we can easily turn the stove off completely when we don't need heat. I also like that the circulating pump stays off until the temp hits 125F, so it's not pumping cold water and likely increasing the oven's heatup time (and fuel economy). With the Smart Oil Gauge, I can see if we're using less oil this winter.
