Review on 🚽 Sensaire Bathroom Wall Control Switch by Broan-NuTone in Almond by James Weber

Save a dime and let me go

Good product but incomplete. Many people may not be aware that you must have a "Romex cable clamp" for the opening to access the incoming electrical cables. It's a code and it's been around for decades. This small piece is shown on the instructions if you look closely, but is not included with this product. So, a trip to the Home Depot, an hour and a half later, and almost two bucks, and I'm ready to go. I had to buy five because Home Depot is smart enough not to bother selling a tiny part. Lowes knows, but he's not close to me. MY time is worth more than driving across town to get that part, right? It would also be nice to include some screws to attach to the joists. Ah, but there's still a penny for the four screws needed for normal operation. Since I paid about $30 more for this model than many other models I might buy, I expect buyers to get at least a little appreciation by providing me with all the necessary parts. This is a good product - well made and well designed. However I will never buy this brand again because of nickel and diming games. If I were mean I would return it, but that would punish Revane unfairly, which I don't want. Instead, here's an overview of how a product should sell if executives knew how to do their jobs. Join the program and show pride in your product, especially when you expect me to pay such a high price.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Good but not great
