Slides a lot on any surface. Not durable. Cute and comfy?

I got this mat for practicing outdoors and in hard surfaces. Your savasana will be comfortable, but it stretches and slides a lot. It makes transitioning to or from poses like downward dog difficult. Plus my feet kind of stick to it. It also slides while you're holding Warrior poses and that sort of thing, and is too cushy for standing poses. It's not stable on any surface I've tried it on. And after a month, there are tears and strains on the material on the front and back of the mat now. It's very pretty, and I like the travel strap, but this seems better suited for a bedroll for hiking or camping.
