Great Solution for Centralised Control over Multiple Locations

The ease of use, all in one place! It's very easy once you get used with it but then again that might be because I have been using other products too so maybe they are just better? There isn't anything about this product specifically though as far how its designed or what features there may not even exist yet when new versions come out (but thats only my opinion). You can do practically everything here from ticket management through knowledge base creation right up until an end user account control which allows us access at anytime anywhere via our mobile devices etcetera without having any passwords sent around - we no longer need them either!! So much easier now than before especially if your organisation has many different sites/locations where staff work remotely such like ours does :) We've also got great customer support who always reply quickly whenever required plus their team knows exactly whats needed by each department.
