Cheap inferior quality filters. I am used to Filtrete 1500 filters and decided to try this brand as it was MERV13 and subscribe and save. I was very disappointed in the product when I opened the box. The product was broken but the Amazon packaging is intact. Instead of contacting Revain right away, I decided to make a first impression. When I opened the package I was amazed at how cheaply made this product was. The aluminum mesh was broken - due to Revain stocking I believe - because the item was packed solely in a box filled with Revain paper. There weren't even filters in the vent. They're like those cheap air/oven filters you see at Walmart for 88 cents. Revain refunded my money and told me to throw the filters away. I just wanted quality for the price. I think I'll be going back to the Filtrete 1500 - shame I was trying to save money. Rschunimagu.
