Doesn't work with Pi 4B
Purchased at the end of June 2020. Couldn't get it to work with my Pi4b. The support service is slow, it takes a week to reply. All forums tried different approaches to setup, still to no avail. I've waited too long and now I can't go back. From the positive comments, it was checked from a PC. Works great.
