Sent in the evening hours. I am currently connecting the wiring. Writes no internet signal. a tambourine-based dance performance lasting one and a half hours. Despite this, the Internet diode does not glow, despite the fact that the older router appears to be functioning normally. I'm phoning support. The young lady responds and provides an explanation for the issue. He says that marriage, evidently, is the way to carry it. I can't believe it; even though I just bought the item, I have to make a trip there and provide proof of ownership before I can use it. I would like to clarify: perhaps there is a problem with the firmware? The young lady advises that "no," you must in fact go ahead and accept it. After then, an inspiration struck me: I could put the Internet connection into the new router, link the new router to the old router, and then run a wire from the new router to the PC. And praise be to God, we were successful! After that, I modified the firmware, and it ended up working such that I could connect directly! Overall drawbacks include the following: 1) does not catch the Internet no buy no on the basic firmware. 2) an inept customer service personnel who tried to send me back to the pits of hell when I requested a return. 3) The speed was extremely slow for some unknown reason after the firmware had been updated and the device had been turned on for the first time. But eventually he was able to "acclimate," and everything are back to normal now. Yet I still managed to get myself worked up to the point where I started evaluating how much power the old one has, trying out various cords, and so on. In a basic sense, things are working properly at this point; but, the connection issues are totally intolerable to me.
