The only time I had problems with the internet was my ISP's fault. It's not the best device for a 2Gbps connection. If I used it that way I would probably rate it 3 stars. But for a 1GB modem it's easily 5 stars. The reason I gave tech support 4 stars is because support is only guaranteed for 90 days. It seems they should stand up for their products a little longer. My experience with technical support was good. I made a mistake trying to enter the settings interface before connecting to my ISP. It will not work. Or it will, but then it will get stuck. I thought the first one I received was defective because of that. It probably wasn't because I had the same problem with the second one. After connecting to the ISP I never had any problems again. not that there is anything in the UI that the end user can do. I'm just a techie and would love to see what's under the hood.
