Why isn't everything needed for a safe installation included?
Amerex created the device I need as a licensed family carer - a sturdy bracket that secures a fire extinguisher to prevent it from being hit by a ball. What they didn't provide were fasteners, anchors or pins to hold the extinguisher in place and I can't tell you how frustrating that is! Mine is still not on the wall after two months. Where can I find the correct PIN? I would appreciate it if Amerex would contact me for assistance in sourcing the required items and include them with each order (with instructions please). I look forward to hearing from you or other buyers who have found a solution.
