I put this rug on our doorstep. It might not be as aesthetically pleasing as the one it replaced, but it gets the job done. You can walk on it barefoot and your feet won't hurt, and it cleans sand from dog paws. So far I've only swept it with a broom. It hasn't gotten dirty yet, but I like that I can use the hose to deep clean when needed. Using it helped keep the interior door mat clean. This is a high quality rug and I hope it will last for many years.
