Size was much smaller than other brands of surgical stockings. I have a pair of 18 medium compression stockings from the hospital. I also have a pair of Jobst 20v30 compressions. They should have a 15 to 20 compression ratio. They were harder than the 20 to 30 jokes - more like a 30 to 40 compression. Quality and price appealed. I had to order three times to get a very large one that fits the size of the hospital. I have very skinny legs so a medium size usually fits. I ended up with a very large one in this stamp
