I've been using this for over a month and I like my old (rubber grip) spreader better. It's too hard and the sharp part is too sharp. So 3 stars (but the quality is 5 stars). The handle is hollow (as you'd expect); It's substantial and sturdy (it doesn't feel cheap). The jagged area is too sharp for a spreader, so I have to go at it like a sharp knife. And I would have preferred small prongs (or none at all) because the big ones tend to dig into the toast (why make extra crumbs). And I don't like (like many knives and forks) that the handle is heavier than the blade, and it likes to fall out of the dishes onto the floor. Although I'm sure I'm breaking some sort of etiquette by putting a knife on my plate and trying to walk around with it.
