I've been using Pop n Lock for about a month. He does exactly what he says he should do. It unlocks and locks the tailgate with both my key fob and the key that came with the truck. Bolt codeable technology seems a bit finicky. Much like you need to keep your mouth shut properly, not blink, and hold your breath for this to always work. The camera works very well. I routed the cables slightly differently than the directions that went straight into the cockpit and under the seat of my 2014 Tacoma and then routed the cables under the mat and to the cable bundle by the door, which made it MUCH easier than fishing. that goes through the engine compartment. My biggest complaint, and the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5, is that when this thing crashes it is SO LOUD! There is a noticeable GRUD coming from the tailgate. First they helped solve part of the problem by placing a small block of foam there which I left in place. Now the problem lies in the rivets that connect the different metal parts of the mechanism. This is a direct metal-to-metal hit when locking/unlocking the truck with the key fob. I highly recommend manufacturers use some sort of nylon bushing in the grooves or around the small metal rivets that hold the moving metal parts together. Something to deaden the noise that makes it sound like you have a broken part in your truck, but it really isn't. You just lock it up
