A unique and beautiful way to grind small dried peppers.
This will work fine for my purposes. I just wish there wasn't a little indentation in the center of the fountain as I have a feeling that would be a place where the chiis don't grind properly. The sinking is the result of a shovel used to drill a well. I could try filling it with something like Titebond glue or some other food safe resin etc.
