Works but wears out quickly
At $10 it's not worth it. Ceramic wears out very quickly and can no longer be used. As the ceramic wears, it also decreases the angle of the knife, making the angle smaller than when it started. You then have to pull yourself up to maintain the same angle. Go for the cheaper option, thinking it's a temporary gimmick.
- Sharpening a knife with a Japanese whetstone will give you a sharp edge
- Not as thick as other picks
