Shoes look great, have good build quality and are relatively comfortable. So why a 3 star rating? size does not fit. I read reviews that they run small. I usually wear a size 8 and on very rare occasions I needed an 8.5. So I ordered size 8.5. Pooh. You are still too small! I have never worn a size 9 in my life but in this case it seems like what I need. Unfortunately, size 9 of this shoe (grey) is no longer available. And I still have to pay the 20% restocking fee! So I get rewarded by paying nearly $10 to try on shoes. Hooray! Lesson: There is a risk in buying clothes/shoes online. There is a greater risk if other reviewers have already pointed out to you that the shoe is made in incompatible sizes (see review by Sapling et al). My recommendation: Buy locally if possible.
