I ordered these because the stock cord holders were totally out of order and couldn't open the door. The picture is exactly what you will receive therefore the slot on the product is not wide enough to accommodate the cable. Also, the shaft is not wide enough to accommodate the cable's vinyl jacket. In order to install them and ensure they work properly, the end had to be drilled to a hole big enough for the cable and the shaft had to be widened to nearly three times the gap to fit the shell. On the plus side it's metal (not rubber like the OEM mounts) and I expect them to last the life of the truck and I'll never have to replace them again. The part that attaches to the latch is solid and once installed it requires some force to remove to keep it from popping out. I still highly recommend them, but buy them knowing that you'll be making some modifications to them to make them work. I gave them a 4 because I had to do quite a bit of work to get them to fit, if they fit exactly without any modifications they would easily get a 5+.
