I bought this headboard in April of 2022 Immediately upon delivery delivery I noticed how well built this hoverboard is. It's much bigger than previous hoverboards I've owned and runs smoother than any of the others. Unfortunately August of this year While riding the hoverboard for the 3rd time that day, one side of the hoverboard decided to quit. I contacted the seller And explain what happened. The very next day I got the email from Becky, And Becky is very good at her job. She asked me to send a video going through 4 steps to show what was wrong with the hoverboard. I did that and the next day she told me she would send me a new one and I don't have to return the old one. And then one week from the day I reported the problem I received my new hoverboard It works great Smooth fast and it does go about 10 miles On one charge. I give up before the battery does. All that being said if I was to buy another hoverboard I would definitely go for the same one It's a well built product and the company stands behind its product. If there were 10 stars I would givem 50! Thank you Evercross!
