The product worked great for a few weeks them one side stopped working. I don't have a problem with the product stuff happened things break but it's how the company handles it which makes the problem worse. The company I purchased it from was about as difficult as it gets. I copy and pasted the conversation which took three days because of the time ot took for them to reply. Yestarday he told me that he was using it for 10 minutes and the steering stopped working. The arrow light on the top left side. Does not light up. I attempted to calibrate it and the light was still off. I then turning it on and used my hands to see if the the side with the light off was working and it was not. My kids have had numerous hoverboards through the years and all worked no problem. I could send a video of you really need one. but it would just show what I have already explained (one side does not work properly). If you have any troubleshooting ideas I could try them but I'm thinking it won't fix it.
