Avoid these unless you are only working with aluminum or wood. I bought two Diablo bits to test how well they work and both broke very quickly in 1/4" mild steel. I used the first with a hand drill and was able to drill three holes before the carbide inserts broke to the point where they could not cut. Thinking it was user error and having poor control of the drill, I bought a replacement for my drill. The second bit actually fared much worse, only being able to cut two holes. I will be using Lenox products again which in my experience have exceeded this 10x
