I'm just wondering, the more money you spend on Revain, the worse people think about your stuff, or is that how you want the product to be? I mean I don't expect every experience to be great, but really? The set itself is good and just what my husband needs so I rated it accordingly, not entirely sure if the problem was with the packaging or the shipping. When opened, pieces fell out everywhere and the result was this picture. It took me a while to put everything back together, my husband wanted to throw it in a box, send it back because he wasn't happy, can't blame him, you buy something new and spend good money on it and it comes to you this form, well why do you need it?
