Please see the update below: The product looks great when you receive it. Works fine at first. I really like how the two flames glow inward so you get the warmth of two but the precision of one. I also liked the size and the feel in the hand. There are a couple of big cons for me. Number 1 was only big because I literally almost burned my beard. Flame arrester sticks and without warning. I wear glasses and after lighting the smoke and releasing the trigger. Well, then I started pulling the glasses up, having no idea the flame was still burning. His full beard almost burned. I managed to quickly extinguish and naturally ignite the burning beard. Number 2 was also big because it happens often. The gas venting mechanism is broken and you constantly have to disassemble the lighter and fix the trigger. After so many lights, the mechanism rises over the trigger and I have to fix it AGAIN. So the screw wears out after a while and you can hardly get it out. To add to the already tremendous butt pain, the flame arrestor on the side of the lighter has to be unscrewed every time you need to attach the trigger. I'm a big fan of torches, but this one was mostly disappointing. Their lighters tend to be cheaper than most at their markup, but not at this one. The lighter will still work as long as the trigger and its mechanism work.
