Review on ๐Ÿ’ช Enhance Muscle Performance and Strength with BodyTech 100 Pure Creatine Monohydrate 5GM, Fruit Punch - 16.5 Ounce Powder by Natasha Graham

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Seems to work great, mostly tasteless, blends well.

I've been an exerciser for a long time (since high school over 10 years ago) and in all that time I've weighed a pretty solid 200 pounds. I plateaued and it seemed like I never gained mass or lifted heavier weights no matter how hard I worked or what workouts I tried. I was fit but not very tall, and no amount of work helped. I have never taken any supplement and this was my first time trying creatine. I have purchased this product as well as bodytech whey tech protein powder. I gained 10 pounds in 4 weeks but I'm actually a little slimmer than before. Every last one of my lifts lifts at least 5 pounds, some 10-15 pounds. After 10 years of achieving (almost) nothing, it's unrealistic to gain 10 pounds of mostly muscle in 4 weeks. I don't know if it's creatine or protein or both, or maybe it's just a placebo and neither of them really do anything. But I do not care. I'm lifting more and gaining mass, and those two things are the only changes I've made to my daily routine. You work in my book. This material seems to mix very well and dissolves in water almost instantly. Sometimes a very small amount will settle to the bottom of the cup, but give it a little shake and it will redissolve (or at least stay in the liquid long enough to drink). I would recommend using some sort of juice or milk instead of water. It's supposed to be unflavoured, and for the most part it is, but it leaves an oddly bitter aftertaste that lingers for quite a while. I mix it with milk and protein powder, shake it vigorously and it tastes great.
