Review on ✨ Revive Your Toyota Tacoma with the X AUTOHAUX Start Solenoid Repair Kit: 1995-2007 Model by Bill Lyons

Many items in this kit will not fit a 2000 Tacoma. Edge contact is pointing in the wrong direction. I ended up bending it to fit. The plastic parts are slightly larger than the standard parts and as a result the rubber protection has broken. Nuts are different than the original. The rubber seal doesn't fit at all. The piston seems to be fine and since my old parts weren't completely destroyed I got it working. I would not buy this kit again. EDIT AFTER RECOVERY. I successfully rebuilt the starter. Quality seems good but seller should add this to rule out the Tacoma. I see the same seller has a smaller set of 2 sets of contacts. This would be a better buy if you don't need the gasket and other parts as it fits the Tacoma properly and is cheaper.
