I bought these $$$ pans because I like companies that promote products that are healthier for people. I can buy cheaper products, but I spend more just because of that. However, due to the price of the pans, I was upset that I burned my hand several times lifting the pot lid while cooking on the stove. You can expect this from using the oven. WTF, that should be a warning - pry the lid off with a rag because it gets very very very hot and you'll burn your hand. For this reason alone I will not buy this product again. For the price of pans, you might do better with a lid. The lids are used during the cooking process and should not burn your hands.
