Good but food collects in between
This is definitely an innovative and useful product. The blades are still quite sharp after almost a year. Easy to use, hard plastic. I like the swivel function that allows you to clean both vertically and horizontally. However, I have found that the gap between the two rings becomes clogged with the accumulation of tiny vegetable and fruit particles. I can try to clean it but I don't think I can clean it completely without taking it apart.
