Review on Swagtron K6 Toddler Scooter: Convertible 4-in-1 Ride-On Balance Trike & Training Bike - Next-Gen Mobility for Kids by Tim Larsen

I bought this bike on June 13th for my 3 year old son. In September the bike was loose in the neck and getting more unstable with each passing day. All this from normal pavement driving. An obvious flaw, the wheel fell apart completely in September. I have requested and submitted a return form. A few weeks later they got back to me and I paid $10 for shipping. A few weeks later they said they wouldn't fix it until I paid. The? Does the bike clearly have a (VERY DANGEROUS) defect and do I have to pay twice for it? I went back and forth until finally being told to get a refund from whoever I bought it from. Since I purchased Revain and Revain is listed as a support and returns contact, what should I do? Very disappointed with this company. Thank God our son wasn't badly injured.
