It would be better in a stiffer material, but it works.
I feel like every time I close the tailgate it breaks. But that's not the case yet, so here's the thing. (On the other hand, I treat it as gently as possible.) It seems like it's going to break because it's so flexible and stretches a little when I pull on it. I have a feeling it should be harder. However, we've had it for a few months and it's still there. Hence it gets 4 stars. Would have liked a stiffer part, but since it does the job and the price is definitely lower than the retailer, I would buy it again.
