
I am new to using a grinder for cleaning/buffing/buffing. I have used 2 sewn wheels so far. They lost some fabric the first time they were used, but that didn't cause any problems. I screwed them to the tapered spindle adapter on my 8" grinder. However, they are not threaded like a screw. It is sufficient to mount them as vertically as possible on the spindle adapter. The grinder's centrifugal force will level and tighten the wheel
