Review on Progressive International PL8 1000 Mandoline Slicer by Tammy Kaiser

I've never liked being able to chop veggies like I could with this mandolin. I got this to replace a broken, spoiled chef's plane. It's incredibly sharp and stays that way for five years, it's easy to use and the cut is always even. The food protection is large enough for good sized vegetables. It's very easy to switch from Julianne to straight cut and adjust the thickness, and it's also incredibly easy to switch the blade from a straight blade to a wavy blade. It is easy to clean and durable. It doesn't have multiple plates like many other products, but it does the job incredibly well. I still haven't figured out how to make great cheese compared to the spoiled chef the slicer but with all its other uses and how much more needed I am than my previous one, it was worth it. Now I just use more cheese peel. Before that I bought another one and sent it back again quickly, it wasn't that durable and easy to use.
