Sets the bias current for fast blinking LEDs to slow them down. I installed LED taillights and front turn signals and the car's thermomechanical warning light was not working properly with low current LED lights. These bias resistors add an additional 2 amps of current to each turn signal LED turn signal. Worked great, slow and reasonable again. Make sure to mount them over the flashing part of the lamp, not over the parking light. You can follow the cable from socket to socket and find the right hot flasher cable. The black wire is usually ground for the other wire. The color of the turn signal wire can vary depending on the location of the bulb on the vehicle, which fooled me, so make sure you follow each wire and check for the correct section of hot flasher.
