Review on AgentDialer by Darnell Murphy

I like that I can use it to automate many tasks in my daily work, but especially I love using the call recording feature. It's easy to set up the software, and you can customize all of the features. The only thing that would be nice is if there was an option for a longer pause before answering the phone. This is one tool that has helped me save time and increase efficiency. I have used other programs in the past and they were difficult to get off the ground and require constant support. Agent Dialer is simple to get started with. It gives me the ability to manage calls coming into my company.
