Review on Rösle Stainless Steel Cheese 11 Inch by Matthew Henderson

I was looking for a food slicer that could cut both mushrooms and eggs etc. The wires are unreliable and I used a plastic cutter with metal blades. Unfortunately, my old slicer got caught on the plastic walls and plastic splinters got into the mushrooms. It took me a while to find this from Rosle but I'm so glad I found it. What a wonderful slicer. Very strong and sharp - the blades should not touch the guides when cutting. I sliced the mushrooms lightly. Cleaning was easy with a dish brush. What a bonus that the slicer is big enough to slice tomatoes and mozzarella! I look forward to trying it with veggies. It's more expensive than other versions, but definitely worth it.
