So I'll start off with the positives. The shipping was fast and the products were packaged well. My item arrived before the expected delivery date. Now where it starts to go down hill. I was really surprised to see how cheaply made the mats carry case was (material, stitching, design) See photos above. The canvas nylon material is super thin like the kind of material from a cheap wal mart camping chair. So I know this will be prone to tearing very easily. I then checked the stiching; Non of the stress points are reinforced see photos.Next I removed and inspected the mat. I've used this mat x5 times since I purchased it. The mat material is sufficient for comfort with extended use and the texture on the bottom is made well enough to ensure the mat doesn't slip with movements. If you look in the pictures you'll see that the mat is made by joining to pieces of matting. Near the seams it has already started separating. This could mean that it didnt bond well or that the product used doesn't hold up to stress. Overall I would say that this mat is average at best. I was hoping for a little bit better of a product but it does serve its purpose for the time being. I would not recommend this product as a travel mat as the carry case is cheaply made and will eventually RIP and tear at the stress points. The material is also not very flexible and its difficult and time consuming to place the mat back in the bag. I actually ripped a seam putting it in this last time and have resorted to using a piece of nylon to just tie around the mat. I'm doubtful this mat will last very long.
