Well the plug and play aspect worked fine. I plugged it in and it worked with minimal effort. Unfortunately, after about a month, I noticed that my video feed was out of sync with the rest of the meeting participants during online meetings. I was able to say something and only saw it after a few seconds in my video. Also, from the start it showed me too bright as if I was sitting in front of the sun. People at the meetings commented on this and asked why my face was so bright. As this is a plug and play product with no software and there are no buttons or other inputs on the camera itself I was unable to adjust the brightness. I have decided to return the product.
