
I like how easy it was for me as an employee or administrator to navigate and find exactly what I needed with no trouble at all! There are many great features within this system but so far my favorite would be their ability to create custom forms which makes creating surveys and other documents much easier than manually typing in information. The only thing about APM that does not work well is being able to sort by date and time of appointment instead of just alphabetically. This can get very frustrating when searching through a list of appointments because they do not go in order by start time/date of appt. Great product overall though. We use APM mainly for billing, scheduling, invoicing etc. It has been helpful especially since we have over 100 employees who need to schedule doctor's visits for insurance purposes.
