Review on ALPINE SWE-815 by Anand Anand ᠌

The best thing I've ever used, a great item for everyone!

When choosing a subwoofer, the main goal was to achieve a pleasant "velvet" sound, just as critical is the place in the trunk. All sorts of mysteries and supras are swotting at 1000w with friends. Yes, they hammer, but loudly, but the sound is somehow unnatural. I decided for myself that less powerful but high-quality is better. I took it with a built-in amp because of its compactness. I was very pleased with the presence in the kit of special wires for connecting to the rear speakers (I don’t have a linear output), I’ll explain why I’m so happy. Usually the scheme for connecting a subwoofer to speakers looks like this: sub-wires-converter-speakers Native Japanese converter alpine costs 3k. In this model, it is already built-in, that is, we connect directly to the speakers: sub-wire-speakers I think about the remote control, and it’s so clear that you don’t need to run into the trunk with it to make the sub quieter, cool) Two words about sound! Has everyone been to an IMAX movie? Here is about the same quality, it is not swotting but SOUND. It is enough for a car, if you need to pump the street, take a closer look at older models, this is not enough. Summary: if you want high-quality sound from a famous brand for not very big money, then this is your choice. If you have never dismantled the interior of your car, then do not regret 3 thousand and give it to the service for installation, you yourself are tormented with laying wires. The sub needs to be tuned carefully for the best effect.

Pros
  • + top quality workmanship + rich equipment + sound quality (precisely quality and not swotting on the ears) + control panel + eminent brand, do not be ashamed to open the trunk
Cons
  • - if you want swotting, then you should look at other companies, for the same money you will get more
