Smooth adapter works great. Jack Rf45 solid. We support so many brands with our purchases. Now and then we do that for funny commercials. We do this from time to time because we want the company to be successful. Pluggable makes your money. They make a nifty product that either comes out of the box or has a website for drivers. It's a sign. If you see this, you understand what the company thinks about users. And when that fails, the support emails ramp up again very quickly. Other companies either don't respond within a week or not at all, or you may find a partial solution, but Pluggable doesn't stop there. It took a few emails and some testing software to figure out what was wrong with my machine. And understand that, maybe I don't need this device right now. So basically I got $150 for laptop service/consultation including their tools which I downloaded and ran which fixed the error because their device wasn't working on my computer. I would say my laptop repair exceeded product support expectations.
