Review on Digital piano CASIO PX-S1000 white by Radko Penev ᠌

I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

My first purchase of a professional tool. I chose for a long time, compared many models - both in price and in functionality. As a result, I settled on this model. However, he came to the store to make a purchase with a musician friend and his tutor - so to speak, the final exam. For about an hour, my friend and teacher "tormented" the seller, asking a variety of questions about this tool, the verdict of both was symmetrical - definitely take the right tool! At home, when unpacking, I was immensely surprised how well everything was wrapped and covered - not a single element of the instrument was left without attention, everything was in a protective film, wrapped in a pimply film and additionally in an opaque material - unfortunately, I don’t know the name. It is a pleasure to play, the tactile contact is very pleasant, the sound quality is amazing (especially in the live mode). The damper pedal slightly spoils the overall impression - when pressed frequently, it tends to "run away" from under the foot, despite the anti-slip sole, but this can be easily fixed by purchasing an SP-34 pedal or, at worst, an SP-20. Conclusion: satisfied with the tool. And for those who want to play the electronic piano professionally, you should definitely pay attention to this model, it costs its money and will not disappoint anyone.

Pros
  • Dimensions: for all its versatility, it is small in size and does not take up much space. Weight: Very light compared to its counterparts, very easy to carry around to rehearsals. Functionality: I've been using it for several months now - I still haven't studied all the "chips", although I try very hard. The volume is simply amazing and mesmerizing. Sound: a few years ago I thought that such a sound could not be extracted from an electronic instrument.
Cons
  • Damper pedal: I won’t repeat myself, probably, many have already written about this.
