This cam adjuster is of very good quality. Though it can be a pain to line it up. The process is quite timely. But with the dual 4x4 tongue installed on my 1994 Ranger and many other Ford trucks, this is the only solution to adjusting camber and caster. Don't get me wrong, this probably won't provide perfect alignment if you have say installed a 4" jack, but it worked really well after you installed the 2" leveling springs. The cams were really only at the peak of adjustability with the balance springs. So if your Ford is stock or slightly uprated, this cam will solve your tire wear adjustment problems. My advice is to run the truck for a few weeks after installing the new springs to allow them to settle and then install these cams and set the required parameters otherwise you will align them twice which is a problem the first time. By the way, I'm an experienced auto technician and have successfully installed these cameras on Explorers, Rangers, Broncos, Econoline vans, etc. Hope that helps!
