Looks much better in the photo than the product in hand. It feels cheap and the button doesn't click very well. More like slow motion and only partial when held a certain way. More importantly, this key *doesn't* fit the slot on the 2002 Ford F150, and I suspect many other Ford vehicles have a deep key slot that allows you to turn the key on. Although the key on the fob is longer than a regular key, it doesn't fit in the slot. In addition, you will need to disassemble the key quite a bit to fit the key making machine at the hardware store. Cheaply made, doesn't fit, bad design. I assume the keys worked but didn't even try to program them as the key didn't fit.
