I like how easy it is for staff members in all departments at any level, from clerks or secretaries up to managers/supervisors; they can access patient data anytime via PC's anywhere throughout their organization allowing instant communication among colleagues which makes work more efficient as well easier when dealing clients outside your departmental walls too! It also enables faster decision-making by making accurate decisions much quicker than before due its accuracy within our EMR system compared to paper charts. Although there are many benefits about this software but sometimes may not be able to use some modules such has Scheduling module since we have no control over scheduling patients' appointments if an emergency arises during shift changeover time etc., therefore need helpdesk support available 24x7 so will always ask first then make sure you get what exactly needed instead wasting resources solving non essential issues only.
