I had the exact same gas cap on my Nissan Frontier LE 4X4 for about seven years. It worked very well, if a little tricky with the key at times, but that's the usual rule and not the exception for many different brands of gas caps. Then a week ago I drove off to fill up an almost empty tank - And you know what? I couldn't take the cap off. I felt like I might have made it if I had struggled with it, but then I was afraid I wouldn't be able to replace it or it would be blocked. So I searched Ammy to find a replacement. I was delayed two days while waiting for Prime delivery. Prime is certainly comfortable in the crunch. It took a lot of maneuvering when it arrived, but I was finally able to remove the old cap and fill up my truck. Aha! The new cap didn't work well with the key at first. I had to pop the key in and out of the new case a few times and it still pulled, so I oiled the 3-in-1 key and put it in the lock. The problem is solved. I've had good luck with this hat so far. If this one lasts as long as the previous one, I doubt I'll have this car again, even though I love this truck.
