Review on CraneSuite by Isaac Maze

I like that it supports many different platforms, from mobile devices to traditional terminals. It also has great reporting features for clients. The UI can be improved. We have been using this software since 2016, but there was nothing wrong until now when we started having problems connecting our cloud-based CRM system (Salesforce). This issue only happens when working remotely through Zoom or other remote desktop applications. Also, if you are connected via VPN, then sometimes the connection will drop out temporarily. Our IT department has not had any issues resolving these issues so far. There were some minor bugs here and there, but they were quickly resolved by customer support. Since implementing CraneSuite, our business process has become more streamlined.
